At the Azcend HealthHUB we train together to succeed. You will always train with a Personal Trainer, either in one to one, small group (4-6 people)  or large group (12 – 20 people) sessions. We train with all abilities from complete beginner to advanced athletes, every one is welcome and supported throughout their journey.
