Exercise is fundamental for your health and fitness, at Azcend all exercise sessions are with a trainer, we have 1:1 personal training, small group training and group training, you can choose one method or a combination of these.

We are focussed on getting results, so with all our members we provide the ability to assess, record and track improvement of fitness & strength.

1:1 Training

1:1 training – the best way to maximise every workout, with a personal trainer at your side, making sure every rep & set is done safely & correctly.

Following a consultation to clarify your fitness goals, your personalised workout plan will be created. You will then follow the plan and progress will be tracked and reviewed with your personal trainer.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length, and the frequency of sessions with your trainer can range from one PT session per month all the way to 5 sessions per week, you decide.

Workouts between PT sessions can be done at the hub with an additional gym membership, or with a group training membership. (note gym memberships are not available on their own)

small group training

Small group training – working out in a group of up to 8 people with a personal trainer. The workout’s are designed to increase fitness and strength, in a small group the trainer is able to ensure your technique is both safe and effective. Personal exercise alternatives can also be given when needed.

This is a cost effective solution that’s ideal for beginners, and those unsure about working out in a larger group environment.

Group Training

Group training – aka fitness classes, depending on the session/class, group size will range from 12 to 20 people, ideal for all abilities. Sessions types include: –

  • HiT – High Intensity Training
  • Strong – Group weight training
  • Burn – High intensity resistance training
  • Spin – Studio cycling
  • Fusion – blend of Pilates & Yoga
  • Sculpt – traditional style instructor led fitness class.

Working out in a group is both motivating and fun.

Once you’ve chosen your fitness training method, the next step is to choose if you want to transform your body with one of our transformation programmes.

When you join a gym you have goals in mind – the most common are get fitter, get stronger, feel better, tone up,  lose weight & build muscle, our fitness training focusses on getting you fitter, stronger and feeling better but if your goals are either fat loss or muscle gain then you are also likely going to require nutrition coaching.

We have several transformation programmes, the main difference is the duration of the programme, further details below.



We help our clients transform both on a short term and long term basis, for some it’s shredding that last few pounds to reveal the beach body they want, for others it’s making lot’s of small changes over a longer period to lose several stones and get long lasting results.
